Please READ to determine if you are within our very limited adoption area below:

Our adoption area is primarily within the District of Columbia.

We also service any address within 10 minutes (walking distance) from any metro stop.

Additionally, we accept applications from individuals who live within 2 miles of highway 270 from 495 up to exit 11 (Germantown area), and the city of Arlington.

IF you do not live in the District or in one of the areas mentioned above, we will take adoptions on a case by case basis.  We will not accept applications from individuals outside our adoption area if the dog in question already has pending applications.

WE DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS OR ADOPT OUTSIDE OF THE METRO DC AREA!  No EXCEPTIONS!!

We will accept owner give-ups from outside of our adoption area.
